School Improvement Priorities 2022-23

 Quality of education:

  • To ensure that the schools foundation curriculum across all subject areas is planned effectively, ensuring tasks design is appropriately matched to support outcomes.
  • To raise standards (both attainment and progress) in reading and writing ensuring high quality implementation and the impact is regularly measured.
  • To develop the schools’ provision for the lowest 20% of pupils across reading, writing and mathematics.

Behaviour and attitudes

  • To raise attainment by ensuring that processes to address low attendance and punctuality are robust and effective generally and target pupils with low attendance in particular.

Personal Development

  • Widening opportunities for pupils to enhance their own interests and personal development beyond the academic curriculum.
