Welcome to Year 2

We hope you have all had a restful Christmas holiday and we wish you all a very Happy New Year!

Our topic for the Spring term is 'Where would I prefer to live: Leominster or Africa?' focusing on where in the world we live and comparing it to a contrasting area in Africa. We will be learning all about life in Africa, building up to an African performance at the end of the term. We are so excited!

Please help us to keep your children fit and healthy by ensuring they have their P.E. kit in school. It should be in school for the whole week or if you prefer, for the whole of the half term! We are going to try and exercise every day through the 'daily mile' and go noodle' so please ensure your child has suitable shoes in school.

Your child should bring their book bag and book to school daily. They are expected to change their books independently and should be reading at home every day.

Keep checking our page for important dates, information and photographs.

As always, thank you for your continued support.
