School Improvement Priorities 2025-2026 

Quality of education: 

• To raise standards in writing, through ensuring high-quality implementation of an engaging writing curriculum, including targeting boys and those pupils identified to achieve Greater Depth. 
• To develop and establish a comprehensive whole school structure of Maths to raise standards and ensure consistency across the board. Emphasising the importance of focusing on key mathematical concepts.  
• To develop SEND provision to ensure effective delivery of pupils EHCP / PCEP targets, through upskilling support staff. 

Attendance and Behaviour: 

• To raise an understanding of the importance of regular attendance with pupils and parents / carers by raising awareness of the impact attendance has on pupils’ academic achievement, as well as on their personal development. Particularly, Pupil Premium pupils, pupils with SEND, EAL and boys.
